Martin Hofmann

Chief Executive Officer

Martin Hofmann has served as CEO since 2021 and has been Managing Director of Net Zero Properties for the past five years. He brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including thirteen years in senior roles at JLL Germany, most recently as Head of Project & Development Services across DACH and CEE. He has delivered residential and commercial developments across Germany's nine largest property markets and led a team of approximately 150 professionals overseeing more than €1 billion of annual construction volume.

Mr. Hofmann is responsible for the holistic strategic development of the Net Zero Properties platform. He is the strategic driving force behind the platform's pioneering Manage-to-Green strategy, while continuously identifying innovative solutions to further reduce the carbon footprint of residential assets and enhance their long-term sustainability.

Andreas Hägele is CIO of Net Zero Properties and has led the transaction team since the platform's first portfolio acquisition. Prior to joining Net Zero Properties, he spent several years at PwC advising national and international investors on real estate transactions with an aggregate volume of more than €17 billion.

Under his leadership, the transaction platform has scaled to more than 15,500 residential units across multiple federal states in Germany. Mr. Hägele is responsible for acquisitions and disposals across the portfolio, leading transaction execution and continuously sourcing opportunities to drive the platform's ongoing growth.

Rob Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Jones is CFO at Net Zero Properties and has more than 15 years of experience across real estate investment, capital markets and equity research. Previously, Mr. Jones was Head of Investor Relations and Public Relations at CTP N.V., and before that Head of European Real Estate Equity Research at BNP Paribas, advising institutional investors on company investment strategy, valuation and capital structures, with a focus on the German residential subsector.

Earlier in his career he held senior real estate research roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays. At Net Zero Properties, Mr. Jones leads the finance function including the Group's financing strategy, capital allocation and continued growth. He is a CFA charterholder.
