Martin Hofmann

Martin Hofmann has served as CEO since 2021 and has been Managing Director of Net Zero Properties for the past five years. He brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including thirteen years in senior roles at JLL Germany, most recently as Head of Project & Development Services across DACH and CEE. He has delivered residential and commercial developments across Germany's nine largest property markets and led a team of approximately 150 professionals overseeing more than €1 billion of annual construction volume.

Mr. Hofmann is responsible for the holistic strategic development of the Net Zero Properties platform. He is the strategic driving force behind the platform's pioneering Manage-to-Green strategy, while continuously identifying innovative solutions to further reduce the carbon footprint of residential assets and enhance their long-term sustainability.

Andreas Hägele

Andreas Hägele is CIO of Net Zero Properties and has led the transaction team since the platform's first portfolio acquisition. Prior to joining Net Zero Properties, he spent several years at PwC advising national and international investors on real estate transactions with an aggregate volume of more than €17 billion.

Under his leadership, the transaction platform has scaled to circa 21,100 residential units across multiple federal states in Germany. Mr. Hägele is responsible for acquisitions and disposals across the portfolio, leading transaction execution and continuously sourcing opportunities to drive the platform's ongoing growth.

Rob Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Jones is CFO at Net Zero Properties and has more than 15 years of experience across real estate investment, capital markets and equity research. Previously, Mr. Jones was Head of Investor Relations and Public Relations at CTP N.V., and before that Head of European Real Estate Equity Research at BNP Paribas, advising institutional investors on company investment strategy, valuation and capital structures, with a focus on the German residential subsector.

Earlier in his career he held senior real estate research roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays. At Net Zero Properties, Mr. Jones leads the finance function including the Group's financing strategy, capital allocation and continued growth. He is a CFA charterholder.

Christophe-Nicolas Sicard

Christophe-Nicolas Sicard is Managing Director of Net Zero Properties S.à r.l. With a legal and tax background spanning Luxembourg, Germany and France, he has more than a decade of experience advising private equity groups and family offices on real estate investments, corporate transactions and international structuring projects.

At Net Zero Properties, he is responsible for the platform's holding structure and governance, drawing on his cross-border tax and legal expertise to support the company's real estate investment strategy.

Frank Werner Pletsch

Frank Werner Pletsch is Managing Director of Net Zero Properties S.à r.l. and brings over 20 years of management experience, with extensive expertise in cross-border real estate and private equity investment structures. Having spent more than 18 years in Luxembourg's corporate services industry, he specialises in corporate governance, compliance, structuring and board leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pletsch has held senior positions at IQ-EQ Luxembourg, United International Management and Intertrust Luxembourg, and has served as managing director and board member of numerous Luxembourg-based companies.
